Stanadyne DB/DE

Stanadyne audits only apply to the authorised network and are designed to maintain Stanadyne's level of authorisation and will be carried out by Technical Department staff trained to do so using specialist service and calibration tools.

Upon completion of the audit, a report will be prepared and the results will be sent promptly to Stanadyne's head office.

All customers will be informed of the planned audit a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the visit by a member of the Technical Department.

The duration of the audit is 1 working day

 
Audit frequency

A technology audit will be carried out every 2 years.
Cost of audit in 2024

The cost of the audit is PLN 2450 net.
 
Audit preparation

During each audit, a cleanliness check of the test fluid will be performed. It is recommended that customers have a set of new filters and an adequate amount of calibration fluid, as these may need to be replaced.

For technology audits, it will be necessary to prepare complete equipment in accordance with the authorisation granted at a location made available to J.R. Motors Technical Department staff.

Additional information:

For sites that have performed a minimum annual turnover (on Stanadyne parts) regardless of whether an audit year falls or not with a net value of at least PLN 25,000, there will be no audit fee / benefit for the site.

We would like to remind you that this audit is mandatory and must be performed in the falling calendar year.

Failure to perform the audit by the agreed date falling on the anniversary of the distribution agreement will result in termination of the agreement.
